   • Our drivers are professional pet handlers who handle dogs and cats
      gently and with a soothing voice.

   • Our fleet of vehicles is unique. We have equipped them with a ventilation
      and climate control system and with crate securing devices to help ensure
      your pet’s safety and comfort.

   • We are registered professional pet handlers with the U.S. Department
      of Agriculture. All our procedures meet or exceed USDA Animal Welfare
      Act specifications.

   • Pet Express is a charter member of the Independent Pet and Animal
      Transportation Association (IPATA). Janice Cipparrone,
      our senior international specialist, served as IPATA president from 1978
      to 2001 and has held various Board positions since.

We are members of a number of expat organizations including the Australian-American Chamber of Commerce (former Board member), the British-American Business Council, and German American Business Association.

We are also members of the Better Business Bureau with an "A" rating.
