			It rarely happens, but occasionally a pet’s flight is cancelled. The airlines have the ability to contact us 24 hours a day, and should your pet's flight be cancelled, they notify us. We pick up your pet and, if necessary, take him or her to a boarding facility. Your pet travel specialist will then make new travel arrangements. Please remember that a delay of this nature can mean that your pet requires boarding and other additional services that add to transportation costs.
