Whether your pet is traveling within the U.S. or overseas, our Travel Checklist can help you keep track of the details.

• My Pet Express pet travel specialist knows where my pet is to be picked up, what the destination is and the travel date.
  
  
• Documentation is completed and approved by my pet travel specialist. My pet is scheduled to obtain a health certificate from the veterinarian.
  (Remember: The health certificate is time sensitive.)
  
  
• I have purchased a travel crate from Pet Express or arranged for a crate that fits my pet correctly and meets Pet Express’s high standards for pet safety and comfort.
  
  
• I have planned my pet’s pick-up and drop-off with my Pet Express pet travel specialist. I have provided names, addresses and phone numbers of contacts at both point of origin and destination.
  
  
• I understand that Pet Express will care for my pet in case of unexpected delays, and I am prepared to cover any additional expenses that could arise.
